My husband and I both downloaded the game. Spent quite a bit of money buying coins. Finally hit the big jackpot and both of our games froze contacted them several times by email and no reply. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Theres nothing "wrong" with this game; theres just nothing especially fun about it. You begin on level 1 with two playable slots. The max bet is 10 and on a 90 coin spin, they consider a "Mega Win" 400 coins. Really? Winning 310 coins is a mega win?? Since when?? I understand theyre going off the 10 coin per line bet (i.e. x40) but still... Winning 300 coins isnt exciting. Everything pays low; not even bonuses pay out well. Its an okay game. Just not exciting or fun. It feels really slow takes a while to level up. Not many game options in lower levels. Maybe it gets better for those who can stick it out?

Never usually run out of coins. The slots are sort of childish in a way, and can be annoying. BUT, the game always lets me win, which I love. Id like to win a jackpot once though. Come on! Sometimes freezes up and have to exit to lobby.

As much fun as the app is to play, it does not deliver as advertised. Yesterday, I was playing Win of Olympus. The rules of the game clearly state, if you play a minimum of 50,000 credits, you are eligible to win the jackpot if you get 5 scatter symbols anywhere on the wheel. After purchasing credits several times to continue playing the game, I got 5 scatter symbols on one of my spins that I played 50,000 credits. According to their own clearly published rules, I should have won the jackpot that exceeded 310 million credits. Instead, all I received was 15 free spins. Upon contacting customer service through the in app "contact us" button, I have received no explanation of why this happened, and unbelievable not even a response after two attempts at getting an answer. I have contacted the app store, however, I am pursuing this through other avenues to recover the money I spent on this app based on false claims of paying a jackpot amount if I were to play by their minimum bet rule. This app is a rip off and their customer service is apparently non existent. Id make another choice if I were looking for a fun, rewarding experience. If by chance, customer service contacts me, I will update the community on their response to this misrepresentation of their app.
